Abstract

The form of law protection to the worker in related to the termination ofworking relationship are it is necessary to provide a clear reason to terminate working relationship and giving compensation and working term appreciation money, the exchange right and separated.money Such thing is clearly regulated at the act number 13 of 2003, especially about separated money. The amount and the implementatuion regulated in labour agreement, company rule or collective labour agreement. But as the amount of separated money decided by bothparties, so will tends to harm the labour as a weak party. So it is become urgent to create a clear criteria for the amount of separated money to protect the labour interest.
