MEKANIKA : Majalah Ilmiah Mekanika is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret. The journal features original research articles, reviews, and short communications covering a wide range of topics in mechanical engineering and applied mechanics.

We welcome submissions from researchers and institutions worldwide. As of 2021, English is the mandatory language for all submitted and accepted manuscripts. All submissions must be original work and not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Accreditation & Indexing MEKANIKA has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA), managed by the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Agency for Research and Innovation (Republic of Indonesia). It holds a Third Grade (Sinta 3) ranking according to Decree No. 225/E/KPT/2022 (link).

The journal is indexed, abstracted, and displayed in DOAJ, Garuda, SINTA by Ristek/BRIN of The Republic of Indonesia, GOOGLE Scholar, and others.
