Madubaru implements the BL Program which is the same as inviting CSR because it encourages charity in creating social and economic development in the community. CSR is implemented by PT. Madubaru because it is closely related to Natural Resources, namely utilizing the land for sugarcane. There is a problem in channeling Partnership Program funds that there is no execution of Collateral in the PK credit agreement and there are no institutions that execute PKBL.
