Author Guidelines

Manuscript preparation:
  1. Manuscript submitted in Bahasa Indonesia or in English will be taken into consideration for translation assistance based on the quality of the topic/substance.
  2. Each manuscript should be accompanied by the following information:
    a. the title of the manuscript.
    b. the author’s name, affiliation and institutional address, together with an e-mail address.
    c. Abstract (contains problems, objectives, methods, research results and keywords 3-5 words, in English and Indonesian, 1 space abstract, max 250 words, beginning of sentence is not indented and one paragraph);
    d. Introduction (contains logical thoughts that end with statements about what is being researched and what is expected. This section should show the research problem);
    e.Methods (contains legal materials, and the approaches used in writing articles);
    f. Research Results and Discussion (contains exposure to data relevant to research objectives as well as a series of arguments, relevance of data to problems and research objectives. Also contains findings that are useful for the development of science and its application to problem solving);
    g. Suggestions (contain alternative solutions to overcome the problems under study);
    h.     Acknowledment (contains thanks, appreciation to parties who have contributed to the research);
    i. References (containing referenced libraries, strive for the latest libraries and arranged alphabetically in the following order: name of author.year.title.city of publication:publisher) spacing of one library (if more than one line) 1 space, spacing between libraries 1.5 spaces;

    Cite only items that you have read and written on bodynotes. Please use Reference Manager Applications like EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, etc. Use other published articles in the same journal as models. All publications cited in the text should be included in the References section and arranged alphabetically. 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. Starting the Submission: Select the appropriate section of journal, i.e. Original Research Articles or Review Article. Thus, author must check-mark on the submission checklists.
  2. Uploading the Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click Browse on the Upload submission file item and choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click Upload button. 
  3. Entering Submission’s Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the textbox including keywords.
  4. Uploading Supplementary Files: Supplementary file should be uploaded including Covering/Submission Letter. Therefore, click on Browse button, choose the files, and then click on Upload button.
  5. Confirming the Submission:  Author should final check the uploaded manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to Yustisia Jurnal Hukum, click Finish Submission button after the documents is true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgement by email and will be able to view the submission’s progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site.

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Publication: 500000.00 (IDR)

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
