MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR BIOLOGI MELALUI PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL DENGAN MEDIA HERBARIUM DAN INSEKTARIUM
Abstract
learning Biology under Contextual approach. This research is conduted on the students
of seventh grade class E State Junior High School 1 Wungu, Madiun Regency. The
subjects of the research were 33 students of that class. The parameters determined in this
research are students activity and achievement. The analysis result showed that the
students activity is good by 77,05% in cycle I, and very good by 80,38% in cycle II. The
thresh hold level is 81,8% in cycle I and 93,3% in cycle II. The contextual approach
applied by media herbarium and insectarium is analitically proven to be effective in
developing students learning activity and achievement.
