从成本削减到价值创造：中国广西壮族自治区公共广播机构采用AIGC的个案研究
Abstract
在 “人工智能 +” 战略推动下，AIGC 成为公共广电视听行业转型关键。广西作为少数民族自治区，其广电系统的 AIGC 应用兼具国家战略约束与区域特色。本文聚焦广西公共广电 AIGC 实践，旨在探讨地方公共媒体如何实现 AIGC 从 “降本” 到 “增效” 的转化。采用定性案例研究法，结合政策文本分析、案例分析与参与式观察，基于嵌入性融合理论框架展开研究。研究发现，广西通过组织建制创新、流程优化与区域适配实现显著降本；“增效” 呈现商业变现、内容创新、公共服务升级三类路径；“人机协同” 与 “有限自动化” 是核心应用特征，可为同类地区提供参考。
