Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in presenting data in class VI semester 2 of SDN 3 Dorang for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles. The research subjects were class VI students at SDN 3 Dorang for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research object is the Mathematics learning material Presenting Data. Data analysis uses Comparative Descriptive Analysis Techniques by comparing the results of observations and reflections in cycle 1 and cycle 2. By applying the Inquiry Learning method to the material presenting data, learning outcomes increase. Through a comparison of the average values in the initial conditions of cycle 1 and cycle 2, namely 62.7; 70.9; and 87.3 as well as a comparison of the percentage of completeness in the initial conditions of 36.4% in cycle 1 54.5% and cycle 2 2, 90%, it can be said that this learning has a positive value, meaning that applying the Inquiry Learning method can improve Mathematics learning outcomes in presenting data in class VI.
