Abstract


This research discusses the motivation of students in accessing the UNS digital library
site. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student motivation categories
in accessing the UNS digital library site. The research method used in this research
is descriptive method, with single table analysis, processed by using SPSS 17.00. The
sample of this research is 60 people. Based on variable frequency distribution table,
it is found that respondent’s motivation in accessing UNS digital library site can be in
medium or high category. This is evidenced by the results of research obtained showed
48.3% results obtained based on statements from 29 respondents in this study. The
student’s motivation to access the digital library system is the need for information
high enough, especially on the motivation to gain knowledge about scientific work.
