Manajemen Proses Belajar Mengajar pada Pendidikan Inklusi

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that accommodates student diversity without discrimination; however, its implementation in Indonesia still faces various challenges, particularly in managing the teaching and learning process in regular classrooms. This literature review aims to analyze the implementation of instructional management functions, adaptive strategies, and solutions to the challenges of inclusive teaching. The method used is a descriptive literature review examining various relevant academic sources. The results of the study indicate that inclusive learning management encompasses three main functions: flexible and adaptive planning, implementation using differentiation strategies and multisensory media, and holistic evaluation that is not solely academically based. Effective learning strategies include cooperative and project-based approaches, as well as the use of concrete media. Key challenges include teacher competencies, a lack of teaching aids, and limited infrastructure. In conclusion, the success of inclusive education requires systematic, collaborative, and responsive learning management that addresses the needs of all students.
