Eksperimen model creative problem solving terhadap keterampilan critical and creative thinking (cct) peserta didik kelas v materi siklus air

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model on the Critical and Creative Thinking (CCT) skills of fifth grade students learning science on the water cycle. This research is a quasi-experimental research using a pretest and posttest research design.. The population in this study were fifth grade elementary school students in Kejajar District for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research sample  consisted of two classes, namely class V at SDN 1 Tambi as the experimental class and class V at SDN 2 Tambi as the control class. The sampling technique was carried out using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques use test instruments. The data analysis technique uses the independent t test to test hypotheses. The results of the hypothesis test on the influence of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model on Critical and Creative Thinking (CCT) abilities obtained a calculated t value of 3.214 > 1.701. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model on the Critical and Creative Thinking (CCT) skills of fifth grade students learning science
