Peran Event Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Citra dan Mutu Lembaga Pendidikan

Abstract

The purpose of educational events is to foster the potential, creativity, and public communication of educational institutions through organized and supervised activities involving the school community and external parties. Events are a strategic tool for fostering emotional bonds between the community and the organization. This study aims to determine the role of educational events in improving the image and quality of educational institutions. The approach used in this study is qualitative. This type of research is library research, which aims to obtain information from various books and sources. The results of this study to create a positive perception of educational institutions, educational events are very important. Educational institutions can showcase their ideals, quality, and identity to the public through various events, including seminars, academic competitions, educational exhibitions, arts festivals, and social gatherings. The quality of educational institutions is significantly enhanced through educational events. Through experiential learning, well-designed educational activities can inspire students to think critically, creatively, and innovatively. Internal and external support from the institution significantly influences the smooth running of educational activities. The success of event implementation depends heavily on the visionary leadership of the principal, the involvement of teachers and students, parental support, and collaboration with other parties.
