Pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match terhadap penalaran ilmiah ilmu pengetahuan alam peserta didik dalam materi organ pernapasan manusia pada kelas V sekolah dasar
Abstract
This study aims to (1) identificate the effect of the Make a Match learning model on scientific reasoning in natural science with the material on the human respiratory system among fifth-grade students at SDN Pabuaran 04 Cibinong. This study was motivated by the relatively low level of scientific reasoning among students in the Natural Sciences subject, particularly regarding the topic of the human respiratory system. This quantitative investigation uses a nonequivalent control group design and a type of quasi-experimental approach. The sample consisted of 49 students. The data collection instrument used was a 10-item essay test that had been validated and reliability-tested. The results reveales that the average pretest score was 65.2 and the average posttest score was 74.6. The data analysis of the pretest-posttest results using a paired sample test revealed a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that there was an impact of implementing the Make a Match learning model in Grade V at SDN Pabuaran 04 Cibinong.
