Abstract

Community Service is a community service program that aims to practice the Tri Dharma ofHigher Education in the form of community service. As a form of student efforts in order tohave an impact to help overcome problems that occur in society is to devote themselvesthrough Real Work Lectures (KKN). The purpose of this research is to promote edu-tourism inMundu Village, increase community involvement and understanding in managing edu-tourismbased on agriculture, animal husbandry, and energy independence, managing localresources, increasing Human Resources as prospective edu-tourism managers correlated withan increase in per capita income of the Mundu Village community, Tulung District, KlatenRegency. This research uses observation, interview, and visit methods containing descriptionsof the development of edu-tourism villages based on agriculture, animal husbandry, andenergy independence through the implementation of Real Work Lecture activities. Thesubjects of the implementation of the Real Work Lecture were the people of Mundu Village RT03 RW 02 and members of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The results showedthat environmental awareness in Mundu Village increased significantly as a result of theCommunity Service Program, but there were some conditions that were less than ideal for thecommunity in several KKN work programs designed by students, there were no obstacles inthe preparation, implementation and evaluation of the programs planned and organizedpreviously.
