Author Guidelines
Please read the Journal of Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprise Development guidelines and follow these instructions carefully. Manuscripts that do not follow the instructions will be returned for revision without review. The Editor in Chief reserves the right to return manuscripts not prepared in accordance with these guidelines.

Submission stage
All articles submitted to the COSMED, Full text must be written in good English or Indonesian (Indonesia). Papers must be submitted by the author via online submission.
How do I prepare a script?
All manuscripts must describe original research that has not been reported or submitted elsewhere. Send originals and soft copies to the editorial office.
Script Format
The manuscript is written in Times New Roman 11 point with 1.5 spaces on A4 paper. The margin on all four sides is 2.5 cm.
The following word processing file formats are acceptable for major text documents for all: Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX) and rich text format (RTF) no larger than 3MB in size.
The following formats are for image files: Make sure the artwork file is in an acceptable format (TIFF, EPS or MS Office file) and with the correct resolution. Make sure each illustration has a title. Caption text is provided separately, not attached to the image. The caption should consist of a short title (not the image itself) and a description of the illustration. Keep the text in the illustration itself to a minimum, but explain all symbols and abbreviations used. Multiple numbers can be expressed as a single number (e.g. 1a, 1b, 1c etc...), while maintaining a maximum limit of 6.
The text must be in a single column format. Keep the text layout as simple as possible. Most of the formatting code will be removed and replaced while processing the article.
The page number is located at the top right.
Figures and Tables are placed in the manuscript (integrated with the whole manuscript).
The parts of the manuscript are written in this order, namely:

INTRODUCTION

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
CONCLUSION
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS (if any)
REFERENCE
TITLE and Author
The title is an opportunity to grab the reader's attention. Remember that readers are potential writers who will cite your article. Identify the main problem of the paper. Start with the topic of the paper. The title must be accurate, unambiguous, specific and informative. It should be written clearly and briefly describing the content of the research. Avoid abbreviations and formulas whenever possible.
Author name and affiliation
A manuscript has the main author and co-authors with the full names of the authors and co-authors (without abbreviations), clearly listing addresses and email addresses. Each address must be preceded by a numeric superscript corresponding to the same superscript after the author's name. Put an asterisk (*) on the contact person for correspondence.
ABSTRACT
Abstract written in Indonesian and English using Times New Roman 11pt font, spaced 1, with text length between 150-250 words. The Indonesian version of the abstract is written using standard Indonesian with improved spelling. Abstracts must be integrated and independent consisting of introduction and objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and suggestions. The abstract should be written as a single paragraph without this header. For this reason in the abstract there are no references and non-standard or unusual abbreviations should be avoided, but if necessary, abbreviations should be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself.
Keywords: alphabetically, consisting of 3-5 words
INTRODUCTION
The introduction is written in Times New Roman 11pt, 1.5 spacing. The introduction contains the background of the research, the purpose of the research, a summary of the literature used in the research and the reasons why the research is important. The number of forewords is no more than 1,000 words.
RESEARCH METHODS
Materials and Methods are written in Times New Roman 11pt, Spacing 1.5. The research method is written using 400 to 600 words describing the method and type of research, time and place of research, identification of variables, research subjects, research instruments, and research methods including statistical analysis techniques used.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Results and Discussion are written in Times New Roman 11pt font, 1.5 spacing.
The results of the study consisted of descriptive statistics, assumption test results, and hypothesis test results which were then analyzed critically. The discussion of explanations regarding the research results, linked to the results of previous studies, was critically analyzed and linked to the current relevant literature. The discussion ends with the formulation of conclusions and suggestions.
Requirements or models (for services, new skills, and socio-cultural engineering), dimensions and specifications (for goods/equipment) that are the main output or focus of activities that are used as solutions that are given to the community, either directly or indirectly.
Documentation relevant to research results includes photos, tables, graphs, charts, pictures, and so on. Each documentation must be given a discussion that explains the products/activities carried out in the documentation.
Images must be guaranteed to be printed clearly, resolution and line size (graphics) must be ensured to be printed clearly. Figures/tables/diagrams/schematics should be placed in columns between groups of text or if they are too large they should be placed in the middle of the page.
The table is created with a line width of 1pt and the table title is placed above the table. Table descriptions consisting of more than 2 rows are written using 1 space. Table lines are prioritized only for horizontal lines while vertical lines are omitted.
CONCLUSION
Conclusion written in Times New Roman 11pt, 1.5 Spacing. Conclusions must answer the research objectives. Conclusions should be clearly explained. Suggestions placed after the conclusion contain research recommendations or input for stakeholders. Conclusions and suggestions should be less than 150 words and should be written in paragraphs.
CONFESSION
Acknowledgments are written in Times New Roman 11pt, Spacing 1.5. The author would like to thank the funders of the activity (if there is a contract number, it can be included and the year it was obtained). Acknowledgments can also be addressed to parties who play an important role in carrying out activities and writing articles.
REFERENCE
References are written in Times New Roman 11pt, Spacing 1. Writing the bibliography using a reference management application (such as Mendeley, Endnote, Zotero, etc.) with the American Psychological Association (APA) 6th edition system. Only libraries referenced in the text are listed in the bibliography. All references mentioned must be listed in the order of references arranged from A to Z.
