Law is needed to follow the development of information technology, especially the Internet. The ability of law to anticipate the rapid development of technology is also hoped that the technology used by society can bring prosperity and justice to users. Convergence of law and technology is important for stakeholders to respond. We can observe an example of the phenomenon of convergence between law, technology, and economics in the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which rise to Blockchain technology (NFT and Smart Contract), Big Data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning, creating the need for a new legal institution, namely Lex Crypto.
Yustisia, one of the journals focusing on developing law and technology, seeks to disseminate quality articles related to these issues.
