HUBUNGAN JARINGAN SOSIAL DAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PROGRAM KEAHLIAN AKUNTANSI DAN KEUANGAN LEMBAGA SMK NEGERI X
Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the relationship between of: (1) social network with academic achievement student majors in accounting and finance instutions; (2) adversity quotient with academic achievement student majors in accounting and finance instutions; (3) social network and adversity quotient with academic achievement student majors in accounting and finance instutions. This study was quantitative descrptive method. The sample size of 72 students drawn from a population of 72 students. The sample technique was carried out by using total sampling. The data was collected througt questionnaires. The data analysis technique used correlations and regression. The results of study showed that there were a positive and significant relationship between of: (1) social network with academic achievement students department of accounting and finance instutions; (2) adversity quotient with academic achievement students department of accounting and finance instutions; (3) between social network and adversity quotient with academic achievement students department of accounting and finance instutions. The regression model of this study is Y = 56,123 + 0,214X1 + 0,305X2.. Keywords: Social Network, Adversity Quotient, Academic Achievement ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara : (1) jaringan sosial dengan prestasi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri X; (2) adversity quotient dengan prestasi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri X; (3) jaringan sosial dan adversity quotient dengan prestasi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Besar sampel 72 siswa diambil dari populasi 72 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara: (1) jaringan sosial dengan prestasi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri X; (2) adversity quotient dengan prestasi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri X; (3) jaringan sosial dan adversity quotient dengan prestasi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri X.
