MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI PENERAPAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MEME ON PDF PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI BISNIS DI SMK
Abstract
Abstract This research is conducted to increase learning motivation through the application of learning media. Meme on PDF (MoP) is utilised as an effort to increase student motivation in business economics subjects in class X of Accounting Program at Vocational High School in Karanganyar Regency. The Classroom Action Research consists of two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each cycle's research approach involves action planning, action implementation, observation and interpretation, as well as analysis and reflection. Data on learning motivation derived from questionnaires, observations, and documentation of student actions. The data then is analysed using comparative descriptive statistics and critical analysis approaches. Triangulation techniques are used to verify the data's validity. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of Meme on PDF (MoP) as learning media in pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II can increase the motivation to learn business economics for class X students at accounting vocational schools in Karanganyar. In this study, the indicator of learning motivation accomplishment is set to 75%. In cycle II, each indication of motivation increases by a percentage, with four indicators receiving a good predicate and one receiving an adequate predicate and achieving the minimum aim of success. This research concludes that by using Meme on PDF (MoP) as learning media, it is possible to improve student learning motivation in business economics subjects in class X of Accounting Program at Vocational High School in Karanganyar Regency Keywords: Meme Learning Media, Learning Motivation, Classroom Action Research,
Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar melalui penerapan media pembelajaran Meme on PDF (MoP) sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis kelas X Program Studi Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini terdiri dari dua siklus, yang setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan interpretasi, serta analisis dan refleksi. Data motivasi belajar didapat dari hasil angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi aktivitas siswa. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran Meme on PDF (MoP) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekonomi bisnis siswa kelas X SMK akuntansi di Karanganyar pada pratindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II. Indikator capaian motivasi belajar pada penelitian ini ditetapkan sebesar 75%. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan persentase pada setiap indikator motivasinya dengan empat indikator mendapat predikat baik dan satu indikator mendapatkan predikat cukup dan telah mencapai target minimum keberhasilan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan media pembelajaran Meme on PDF (MoP) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis siswa kelas X SMK di Kabupaten Karanganyar.
