HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI SISWA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DAN KUALITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract
This study aims to gain knowledge about the relationship between student perceptions of teacher professional competence and the quality of learning models with student learning outcomes at SMK X. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation research design. The population in this study were all students of class XI and XII of Financial Accounting and Institutions at SMK X. Sampling in this study was conducted using a simple random sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 170 students consisting of 30 students for testing the instrument and 140 students as the research sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is regression and correlation analysis. The result show that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptions of teacher professional competence and the quality of the learning model with student learning outcomes at SMK X. This is evidenced by multiple correlation analysis with the results of the calculated f value of 11.35, the calculated f value of 11.35 indicating a positive relationship. Besides, the value of sig. for F = 0.000 which means that the Y=75.37+0.03X1+0.18X2 model is statistically significant. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptions of teacher professional competence (X1) and the quality of learning models (X2) and student learning outcomes at SMK X. Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dan kualitas model pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar siswa SMK X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI dan XII Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga di SMK X. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 170 siswa yang terdiri dari 30 siswa untuk uji coba instrumen dan 140 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dan kualitas model pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan analisis korelasi berganda dengan hasil nilai f hitung sebesar 11,35, nilai f hitung sebesar 11,35 menunjukkan hubungan yang positif Disamping itu nilai sig. untuk F = 0,000 yang berarti model Y=75,37+0,03X1+0,18X2 signifikan secara statistik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi profesional guru (X1) dan kualitas model pembelajaran (X2) dengan hasil belajar siswa.
