HUBUNGAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI, MOTIVASI MEMASUKI DUNIA KERJA DAN PEMAHAMAN AKUNTANSI DENGAN KESIAPAN KERJA (STUDI KORELASI SISWA PROGRAM AKL SMK X)

Abstract

Abstract The study aimed to examine the correlation between Industrial Work Practice, motivation to enter the world of work and accounting understanding with work readiness of AKL student of SMK X. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all the student class XI and XII of AKL majors of SMK X. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis (prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing) The validity of the data was obtained through validity and realibility testing. The result of this study showed that : First, there was a positive and significant correlation between Industrial Work Practice with Work readiness indicated by the significant value of simple correlation 0,049 (Sig < 0,05). Second, there was a positive and significant correlation between motivation to enter the world of work with Work readiness indicated by the significant value of simple correlation 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Third, there was a positive and significant correlation between accounting understanding with Work readiness of indicated by the significant value of simple correlation 0,001 (Sig < 0,05). Fourth, there was a positive and significant correlation between Industrial Work Practice, motivation to enter the world of work and accounting understanding with Work readiness of AKL Student of SMK X. Keyword : Industrial Work Practices, Motivation to Enter the World of Work, Accounting Understanding, Student Work Readines Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan pemahaman akuntansi dengan kesiapan kerja siswa AKL SMK X . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI dan XII jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga SMK X. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial (uji prasyarat analisis dan uji hipotesis). Keabsahan data diperoleh melaluli uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara hubungan praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi pada korelasi sederhana sebesar 0,049 (Sig < 0,05). Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dengan kesiapan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi pada korelasi sederhana sebesar 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pemahaman akuntansi dengan kesiapan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi pada korelasi sederhana sebesar 0,001 (Sig < 0,05). Keempat, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan pemahaman akuntansi dengan kesiapan kerja siswa AKL SMK X.
