PENGARUH MODEL HYBRID LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA APLIKASI QUIPPER SCHOOL TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN ADMINISTRASI PAJAK DI SMK

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the hybrid learning model assisted by the Quipper School application on students' learning motivation in tax administration learning at vocational schools. This research was a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI Financial and Institutional Accounting at one of the Vocation School in Pati. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 66 students consisting of 33 students for the experimental class and 33 students for the control class. The technique to collect the data in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this study was the t-test. The results of this study showed that there was an effect of student learning motivation on tax administration. It was proven by the acquisition of an independent sample t-test where t-count is 3.254 with a significance level of 0.002. In addition, the average student motivation in the experimental class after treatment was 53,87, 3 points higher than control class (50,81). Thus, it can be concluded that the hybrid learning model assisted by the media Quipper School application had an effect on students' learning motivation in learning tax administration at vacational school. Keywords: hybrid learning model, quipper school media, learning motivation ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model hybrid learning berbantuan media aplikasi quipper school terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran administrasi pajak di SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi-experiment dengan desain penelitian non equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga di salah satu SMK di Pati. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 66 siswa yang terdiri dari 33 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 33 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran administrasi pajak. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan independent sample t-test dimana thitung 3,254 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,002. Disamping itu rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen setelah perlakuan sebesar 53,87 lebih tinggi 3 poin daripada kelas kontrol (50,81). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan model hybrid learning berbantuan media aplikasi quipper school berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran administrasi pajak di SMK.
