HUBUNGAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT DENGAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA KEAHLIAN AKUNTANSI DAN KEUANGAN LEMBAGA DI SMK

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between adversity quotient and students' critical thinking skills in accounting and financial institutions at SMK. This research uses correlational quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were 144 students of accounting and financial institution expertise who had taken the subject of SMK taxation administration, totaling 144 students. The sample was determined by using probability sampling techniques, amounting to 106 students. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and tests. Data analysis using regression test and correlation test. Test the validity and reliability of the instrument using SPSS for windows version 16. The result of this study is that there is a positive relationship between adversity quotient and students' critical thinking skills in accounting and financial institutions in vocational schools. This can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing which shows rcount> rtable (0.602> 0.1891). The regression line function equation model that shows the relationship between the two variables is Y = 0.147 + 0.218X. The endurance of AQ can increase critical thinking skills that are able to respond to the problems faced, be able to understand problems, sort out the information used for problem solving, and make decisions about these problems. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga yang sudah mengambil mata pelajaran Administrasi perpajakan SMK yang berjumlah 144 peserta didik. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik probability sampling yang berjumlah 106 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi dan uji korelasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan software SPSS for windows versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara adversity quotient dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan rhitung > rtabel (0.602 > 0.1891). Model persamaan fungsi garis regresi yang menunjukkan hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut adalah Y = 0.147 + 0.218X. Daya tahan AQ dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang mampu merespon permasalahan yang dihadapi, mampu memahami permasalahan, memilah informasi yang digunakan untuk penyelesaian masalah, dan membuat keputusan terhadap permasalahan tersebut.
