HUBUNGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR KOGNITIF AKUNTANSI DAN PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DENGAN KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XII AKUNTANSI SMK NEGERI X SURAKARTA

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are to investigat: (1) correlation between cognitive learning achievement in Accounting and employment readiness of students in Grade XII of Accounting Expertise Program SMK Negeri X Surakarta, (2) correlation between industrial work practice experience and employment readiness of students in Grade XII of Accounting Expertise Program SMK Negeri X Surakarta, and (3) correlation of correlation between cognitive learning achievement in Accounting and industrial work practice experience with employment readiness of students in Grade XII of Accounting Expertise Program SMK Negeri X Surakarta. This research used expost-facto research method. Samples of the research included 97 students in Grade XII of Accounting Expertise Program of State Vocational High School X of Surakarta. They were then analyzed by using the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) the cognitive learning achievement in Accounting had a significant and positive correlation with the employment (rstat. = 0.445 > rcrit. = 0.168 and the p-value < 0.05); (2) the industrial work practice experience had a significant and positive correlation with the employment readiness (rstat. = 0.426 > rcrit. = 0.168 and the p-value < 0.05); and (3) the cognitive learning achievement in Accounting and the industrial work practice experience had a significant and positive correlation with the employment readiness (F change = 16, 441 and that of sig. F change = 0.000 < 0.05).

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi dengan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri X Surakarta, (2) hubungan pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri X Surakarta, dan (3) hubungan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri X Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian expost-facto. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri X Surakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi dengan kesiapan kerja, (rhitung = 0,445 > rtabel = 0,168; p < 0.05); (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja (rhitung = 0,426 > rtabel = 0,168; p < 0,05); (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja (sig. F change = 0,000 < 0,05).
