PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI) BERBANTUAN MODUL KOMIK PADA SISWA SMK SURAKARTA

Abstract

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to improve learning outcome of accounting through the application of Team Assisted Individualization learning aided by comic module to the students of SMK Y Surakarta.This research used classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles, and each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of research was XII SMK Y Surakarta amounting to 21 students. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, test, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive and critical analysis.Considering the result of research and discussion conducted, it could be concluded that the application of Team Assisted Individualization learning model aided by comic module could improve learning outcome of accounting. It could be seen from the improvement of the number of students who completed the Minimum Learning Completeness Criteria of ≥76. In Cycle I, the percentage of the students completing he stipulated Minimum Learning Completeness Criteria was 66,67% with the average class score of 77,43. In cycle II, it became 90,48% with the average class score of 89,52.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa SMK Y Surakarta dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization berbantuan media pebelajaran modul komik. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Y Surakarta yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis kritis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran TAI berbantuan modul komik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar dengan KKM ≥76 pada siklus I sebesar 66,67% dengan rata-rata nilai kelas 77,43 dan siklus II sebesar 90,48% dengan rata-rata nilai kelas 89,52.
