PENGUATAN KARAKTER KREATIF SDM DI PERGURUAN TINGGI MELALUI UNIT KEGIATAN MAHASISWA

Abstract

At this time, human resources who have creative characters are needed by the nation to overcome the country problems that grow amidst the uncertainty of world conditions. University are educational institutions that are expected to be able to produce these resources. In the learning process at university, students are trained to have a number of characters, which one of them is creative. However the process of character education that make students become creative is not enough, if they only rely on the learning process with lecturers, they need other containers outside of this, that are able to add experience and expand students thinking. The existence of the Student Activity Unit in University can be one of the other container because Student Activity Unit provides students with the opportunity to get experience interaction with the environment so that they can encourage creative characters to grow and develop.
