Peer Review Process

Articles published in SEEDS are those already presented in scholarly conferences.  At least one review should be done by the conferences's reviewers. The reviewer should be done in a blind review process to guarantee it is carried out under a conflict of interest-free condition.

Once a manuscript is submitted by the conference's committee, a journal editor screens the manuscript for quality and English proficiency. Only after clearing the initial screening, the manuscript will be sent to the board of editors for further process.

The basic points for initial screening are the relevance of paper with the scope of the journal; paper format, and the originality of manuscript which will be checked soon after online submission. Paper with similarities below 20% will be accepted and further reviewed; 21-30% need to be revised by the authors, and more than 30% will be rejected.

Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing proces
