Analisis Faktor -Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Behavioral Intention Mahasiswa untuk Mengikuti Perkuliahan Tatap Muka selama Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Peraturan Pemerintah Indonesia tahun 2020 tentang bentuk pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai tanggapan di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan keengganan dan ketidaksiapan banyak perguruan tinggi di Indonesia untuk menyelenggarakan perkuliahan tatap muka serta mempertimbangkan program vaksinasi Covid-19 nasional yang baru akan dimulai. Di sisi lain, data statistik menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa menginginkan bentuk hybrid learning. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Behavioral Intention (BI) mahasiswa untuk mengikuti perkuliahan tatap muka. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel prediktor, yaitu Attitude Towards Behavior (ATB), Effort Expectancy (EE), Performance Expectancy (PE), dan Coronavirus Anxiety Level (CAL). Penelitian menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling dengan jumlah sampel 400 mahasiswa yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Analisis tambahan menggunakan Partial Least Square Multigroup Analysis dilakukan untuk menguji efek moderasi dari gender dan perbedaan domisili. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ATB, EE, dan PE berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap BI, sedangkan CAL sebaliknya. Efek moderasi gender dan perbedaan domisili menguatkan secara positif dan signifikan hubungan antara ATB, EE, dan PE dengan BI, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan CAL dengan BI.
