Penguatan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Integrasi Dengan UMKM Kopi

Abstract


Students today, including undergraduate nursing students in both diploma (D3) and bachelor (S1) programs, have an entrepreneurial spirit that is beginning to grow along with the increasing popularity of online businesses. Additionally, with the existence of entrepreneurship courses, knowledge and skills related to entrepreneurship have improved. One of the issues in entrepreneurship is the availability of products and marketing methods. In this community service project, students were introduced to a coffee MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise). The introduction to coffee started from the concepts of harvesting, grinding, drying, roasting, milling, and packaging. This activity was carried out in collaboration with coffee farmers in Temanggung. The products were marketed online and also participated in the Central Java Expo and the Poltekkes (Health Polytechnic) Education Expo throughout Indonesia. The results were an improvement in packaging and marketing skills for both MSMEs and students. Additionally, the sales of MSME products increased along with the profit earned by the students
