Analysis of Primary School Infrastructure Damage using Simple Additive Weighting Method and Map Visualization

Abstract

Infrastructure is facilities in educational teaching process. Providing adequate infrastructure was an effort to fulfill the minimum standard of determined infrastructure by Government in supporting student skills so they were ready to compete in the rapid development science, technology, and information. Salatiga Department of Education as educational technical unit to provide adequate infrastructure had a way to do a program to improve school quality, especially in primary school. This program has done with analysis the level of infrastructure damage in each unit of primary grade level educational using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with primary school research object in Salatiga. Assessment of infrastructure condition in each primary school was; light, moderate, and severe damage. Based on the result of infrastructure analysis to 96 primary schools in Salatiga, following; 77 primary schools had light damage condition, 11 primary schools had moderate damage condition, and 8 primary schools had severe damage condition which were served in Geographic Information System (GIS).
