WORK-LIFE BALANCE, BURNOUT, DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PERAWAT
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan work life balance, burnout, dan work engagement pada perawat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan X yang berlokasi di Surakarta. Karakteristik responden adalah perawat, memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 1 tahun, dan status pegawai tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, dan menggunakan google form dalam proses pengumpulan data. Subjek yang bersedia berpartisipasi dan memenuhi kriteria penelitian ini sejumlah 76 perawat. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Utrecht Work Engagement Scale versi 9-item (UWES-9), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), dan Work-life Balance Scale. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan work life balance dengan work engagement pada perawat (r= 0.466, p < .001), ada hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan burnout dengan work engagement pada perawat (r= -0.231, p = .045), serta ada hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan work life balance dengan burnout pada perawat (r = -0.587, p < .001). Temuan penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi (work-life balance) yang tinggi berkorelasi dengan rendahnya burnout serta meningkatnya keterikatan kerja (work engagement) pada perawat. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan perlunya penanganan baik melalui penguatan aspek personal perawat maupun intervensi organisasi guna mendukung pengalaman kerja yang lebih sehat bagi perawat.
