Abstract

The potential wealth of Indonesia's natural resources must be balanced with the potential of human resources as processors. The era of digitalization brings both opportunities and challenges for people to enter the business world, especially the issue of gender equality in order to empower women to contribute to Indonesia's economic development. This study aims to conceptually formulate a design procedure for organizing womanpreneur coaching which can be packaged in the form of entrepreneurship education training, seminars, and workshops targeting women business people. The research method used is a literature study using various sources such as journals, scientific articles, and other documents relevant to the research. This study analyzes conceptually based on related literature. The findings of the study  obtained the results that, digital-based womanpreneur coaching  programs held with the collaboration of the government, academics, and both obtained positive results. The procurement of the program is packaged through a series of stages starting from preparation, implementation,  and monitoring  and evaluation tailored to the needs and desires of the business to be achieved by womanpreneurs resulting in positive results, namely the addition of knowledge, insight, and experience in the use of social media in the business world so that the business business being run is able to develop and survive in the midst of the challenges of global competition in the digital era.
