Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Kuliner Di Kota Surakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and HR competence on the performance of culinary SMEs in Surakarta City. This research method is using quantitative descriptive with research subjects of culinary MSME actors in Surakarta City, amounting to 128 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which was distributed by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression.  

The results obtained indicate that: (1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of culinary SMEs in Surakarta City. (2) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of culinary SMEs in Surakarta City. (3) Financial Literacy and HR Competence have a positive and significant impact on the performance of culinary SMEs in Surakarta City.
