Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Citra Sekolah Terhadap Kepuasan Siswa Di Sma Negeri 1 Jatisrono

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously and partially between service quality and school image on student satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Jatisrono. The population in this research was class XII students in the 2021/2022 academic year at SMA Negeri 1 Jatisrono. There are 155 students assigned as samples. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data validation using product moment. The reliability of the instrument uses the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis The results of the research show that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect on service quality and school image together on student satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Jatisrono. This is indicated by the calculated F value > F table which is 74.595 > 3.070. 2) there is a partial effect of service quality on student satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Jatisrono, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table, which is 2.832 > 1.979. 3) there is a partial effect of school image on student satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Jatisrono, with the value of t count > t table i.e. 7.016 > 1.979.
