Analisis kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah di sekolah dasar

Abstract

The research focused on describing the entrepreneurial competence of the head of school at SDN Cengklik Surakarta. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. There are five indicators that should be mastered by the head of school, namely being able to create innovations for school development, the effectivity of student organization, make a good motivation to succeed in carrying out as a school leader, had the best solutions  in the face of the obstacles faced by school, and having an entrepreneurial instinct in managing school production/service activities as a student's learning resource. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conclusion in this study is that the principal has demonstrated entrepreneurial competence which includes five indicators. This research can be useful for the development of science and insight into the entrepreneurial competence of school principals and provide support for leadership practices that encourage innovation and resilience can also be applied in order to improve school performance.
