PENGGUNAAN KRITERIA KARUSH – KUHN – TUCKER (KKT) DALAM ANALISIS ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) MODEL INVENTORI DALAM PERMASALAHAN RANTAI PASOK

Abstract

Model inventori merupakan model matematika untuk menentukan formula total biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam sistem rantai pasok produk produksi. Tujuan dari analisa model inventori adalah untuk menentukan total biaya minimum yang dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan. Analisa keoptimalan model inventori umumnya menggunakan kriteria turunan parsial pertama dalam kalkulus. Kriteria turunan parsial pertama dalam kalkulus merupakan metode optimasi tanpa kendala. Dalam beberapa kasus inventori terdapat asumsi berupa kendala yang harus dipenuhi, sebagai contoh kendala tingkat layanan (service level constraint) oleh pihak buyer dalam model dua echelon. Kendala tersebut apabila diformulasikan secara matematika akan membentuk permasalahan optimasi berkendala. Permasalahan optimasi berkendala tidak bisa langsung diselesaikan dengan kriteria optimasi biasa dengan menggunakan turunan parsial pertama. Salah satu metode atau kriteria yang bisa digunakan adalah kriteria Karush – Kuhn – Tucker (KKT).
