Hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Regarsport Industri Indonesia

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Regarsport Industri Indonesia. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population consists of all employees at PT Regarsport Industri Indonesia, and a simple random sampling technique is used to select a final sample of 81 employees. Data collection involves questionnaires and document analysis, while data analysis employs prerequisite tests and multiple regression analysis. The key findings are as follows: (1) Leadership Style: There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. The t-count value (5.085) exceeds the critical t-table value (1.66462), with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). (2) Organizational Culture: Organizational culture also significantly impacts employee performance. The t-count value (6.155) surpasses the critical t-table value (1.66462), with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). (3) Combined Influence: When considering both leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously, there is a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The f-count value (20.675) exceeds the critical f-table value (3.11), with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Additionally, the multiple linear regression analysis reveals that the equation Ŷ = 55,536 + 2,146X1 + 1,556X2 explains 34.6% of the variance in employee performance (Y). The remaining 65.4% is influenced by other unaccounted variables. These results underscore the importance of effective leadership strategies and a positive organizational culture in enhancing employee performance at PT Regarsport Industri Indonesia.
