Hubungan fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja terhadap hasil kerja pegawai KSP Rukun Makmur Sentosa Bulukerto

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of office facilities and work discipline to the work results of KSP Rukun Makmur Sentosa Bulukerto employees. This research is a quantitative study using a causal associative design. Sources of research data include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was 30 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample with 30 respondents. Instrument validity and reliability tests were not carried out because they had been adopted from other sources that had been tested as valid and reliable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Ŷ = 8.92+0.05 X1+0,78 X2+ e. The partial test results show that office facilities have no effect on employee performance with a significance of 0.38 > 0.05, while work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.00. Simultaneous test results show that office facilities and work discipline together have a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0.00. The R Square test shows the value of R2 = 0.81 which means that 81% of employee performance (Y) is influenced by office facilities (X1) and work discipline (X2), and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
