Pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Desa Kendalrejo
Abstract
The research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and service quality on community satisfaction at Kendalrejo Village Chief's Office. The type is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population is Kendalrejo Village residents aged 17-50 years because that age visits Kendalrejo Village Head Office more often. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling because not all samples have criteria that match the phenomenon under study. The sample used was 86 people, taken from 15% of the population, totaling 576 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Program. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive effect of work discipline on community satisfaction at Kendalrejo Village Head's Office with tcount (3.771) > ttable (1.992) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is a significant positive effect of service quality on community satisfaction at Kendalrejo Village Head's Office with tcount (4.410) > ttable (1.992) and significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and (3) There is a significant positive influence work discipline and quality joint service to community satisfaction at Kendalrejo Village Head Office with Fcount value of 48.417 > Ftable 3.09 and significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
