Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung perpustakaan di dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan Kota Surakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The effect of service quality on library visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service, (2) The effect of facilities on library visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service, and (3) The influence of service quality and library facilities together on library visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect on quality on visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. This was shown from the value of tcount (2.841) > ttable (1.989) (2) There was a positive and significant influence between facilities on library visitor satisfaction. The satisfaction of library visitors at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service is shown from the analysis of the F test, which shows the value of Fcount 46.500 > Ftable 3.09.
