Pengaruh media belajar Youtube dan lingkungan sosial terhadap motivasi belajar siswa generasi Z

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh media pembelajaran YouTube terhadap motivasi belajar siswa generasi z, (2) pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap motivasi belajar siswa generasi z, (3) pengaruh media pembelajaran YouTube dan sosial lingkungan secara simultan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa generasi z. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampelnya adalah 304 siswa yang menggunakan YouTube sebagai media pembelajarannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan media pembelajaran YouTube terhadap motivasi belajar siswa generasi z (thitung 7,349 > ttabel 1,650), (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan sosial terhadap motivasi belajar siswa generasi z (thitung 7,411 > ttabel 1,650), (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan media pembelajaran YouTube dan lingkungan sosial secara simultan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa generasi z (Fhitung 94,798 > Ftabel 3,026).

Abstract: This study aims to find out (1) the influence of YouTube learning media on students learning motivation of generation z, (2) the influence of social environment on students learning motivation of generation z, (3) the influence of YouTube learning media and social environment simultaneously on students learning motivation of generation z. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. This study used a quantitative method. The sample involved 304 students who used YouTube as their learning media. The data was collected with Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of YouTube learning media on students learning motivation of generation z (tcount 7,349 > ttable 1,650), (2) there was a positive and significant influence of social environment on students learning motivation of generation z (tcount 7,411 > ttable 1,650), (3) there was a positive and significant influence of YouTube learning media and social environment simultaneously on students learning motivation of generation z (Fcount 94,798 > Ftable 3,026).
