PENGARUH PARTISIPASI SISWA DALAM EKSTRAKURIKULER DAN KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI SISWA KELAS X OTOMATISASI DAN TATA KELOLA PERKANTORAN SMK NEGERI 6 SURAKARTA TAHUN AJARAN 2019/2020

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research are to know: (1) the effect of students' participation in extracurricular and students' communication ability; (2) the effect of learning activeness and students' communication; (3) the effect of students' participation in extracurricular and learning activeness towards students' communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in the academic year of 2019/2020. This research used quantitative method and proportional random sampling to take 85 students as sample from 108 total of population. The techniques for collecting the data were questionnaire and documentation. These data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the research showed that: (1) there was positive and significant correlation between students' participation in extracurricular and communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/202, (t_obtained 9,680 > t_table 2,050); (2) there was positive and significant correlation between learning activeness and communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020, (t_obtained 2,795 > t_table 2,050); (3) there was positive and significant correlation between students' participation in extracurricular and learning activeness towards communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020, (F_obtained 69,413 > F_table 3,11).
