PENGARUH PENGAWASAN DAN KESELAMATAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. INDO ACIDATAMA SURAKARTA

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the impact of the supervision on employee performance at PT. Indo Acdiatama Surakarta; (2) the impact of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. Indo Acidatama Surakarta; (3) the impact of supervision and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. Indo Acidatama Surakarta. This study used quantitative research methods by using simple random sampling technique of 100 employees from 343 population. Data collection techniques conducted by using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis techniques. The results of this study are as follows: (1) there is a significant impact of supervision on employee performance at PT. Indo Acidatama Surakarta (tcount 3,040 > ttable 2,000)); (2) there is a significant impact of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. Indo Acidatama Surakarta (tcount 5,094 > ttable 2,000); (3) there is a significant impact of supervision and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. Indo Acidatama Surakarta (Fcount 20,999 > Ftable3,45)
