Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Berbantuan Media Audio Visual Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Mengelola Peralatan Kantor Di Kelas X AP 2 Smk Batik 2 Surakarta
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to tell how the application of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) aided by audio visual media can improve the student learning result in the subject manage office equipment in grade X Office Administration 2 of State Vocational High School Batik 2 of Surakarta in academic year 2015/2016. Type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of research is students in grade X Office Administration 2 of State Vocational High School Batik 2 of Surakarta in academic year 2015/2016, amounting to 40 students. The data used in this action research is qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection techniques were used: (a) observations, (b) interviews, (c) test, and (d) documentation. The validity of the data used in this research are the triangulation of data or sources and the triangulation of metodhology. Analysis qualitative data is using critical analysis technique, while value data analyzed by comparative descriptive quantitative. The study procedures include (1) planning action; (2) the implementation of the action; (3) observation; and (4) reflection. Based on the research results, it can be concluded use of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) aided by audio visual media can improve the student learning result in the subject manage office equipment in grade X Office Administration 2 of State Vocational High School Batik 2 of Surakarta in academic year 2015/2016. This was evident in the first cycle to the second cycle increased student learning result, both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Improvement of cognitive during the learning process by 25%, from 62,5% to 87,5% first cycle to the second cycle. In addition, affective also increased by 11,88%, from 74,79% in the first cycle, being 86,67% in II. While the term of psychomotor, learning result also increased by 12,5%, form 73,33% in the first cycle, being 85,83% in the second cycle.
