Surakarta City has an Integrated Business Service Center for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative (PLUT KUMKM-KUMKM) to serve the empowerment of UMKM. This study focuses on analyzing the gender needs of women in integrated business services for micro, small and medium enterprises at PLUT KUMKM-KUMKM Surakarta City. Many UMKM in Surakarta City are run by women, but there are also still challenges faced by women UMKM actors from the aspect of gender equality. Data collection techniques obtained interviews, questionnaire filling, observation, and documentation. This research uses a qualitative approach with the support of qualitative and quantitative data to describe the findings and results of the study. Data validity uses source triangulation and a technique where researchers compare multiple sources and researchers check data to the same source with different techniques. The gender analysis technique in this study used the Moser model. The results showed that the five services provided by PLUT KUMKM KUMKM met the gender needs of women participating in PLUT KUMKM KUMKM. In fulfilling practical needs, five services are met, namely access to financing, human resource access services, institutional services, marketing services and production services. Meanwhile, in meeting strategic needs, the results of the study said that strategic needs were met by 2 services, namely HR access services, and production services.
