PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY DAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR KOGNITIF PESERTA DIDIK SMK NEGERI DI SURAKARTA

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine: (1) the influence of positive self-efficacy on the cognitive learning achievement students of State Vocational School in Surakarta, (2) the influence of positive learning independence on the cognitive learning achievement students of State Vocational School in Surakarta, (3) the influence of positive self-efficacy and learning independence on the cognitive learning achievement students of State Vocational School in Surakarta. This study used a descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was 10th-grade students in Accounting and Financial Institution Program in State Vocational School in Surakarta in the academic year of 2022/2023 with 285 students. The sampling technique in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique and obtained 166 students. Data collection techniques of the study used questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on the cognitive learning achievement students in State Vocational School in Surakarta. (2) there was a positive and significant influence of learning independence on the cognitive learning achievement students in State Vocational School in Surakarta. (3) there was a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy and learning independence on the cognitive learning achievement students in State Vocational School in Surakarta. The regression model of the study was Y = 0.329 + 0.124X1 + 0.074X2. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Learning Independence, Learning Achievement, Accounting Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh positif self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif peserta didik SMK Negeri di Surakarta, (2) pengaruh positif kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif peserta didik SMK Negeri di Surakarta, (3) pengaruh positif self efficacy dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif peserta didik SMK Negeri di Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Program Keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga SMK Negeri di Surakarta tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah 285 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji prasyarat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif peserta didik SMK Negeri di Surakarta (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif peserta didik SMK Negeri di Surakarta. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan self efficacy dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif peserta didik SMK Negeri di Surakarta.
