HUBUNGAN ATRIBUT PERSONAL, PENGETAHUAN AKUNTANSI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA AKUNTANSI DAN KEUANGAN LEMBAGA DI SMK X

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the relationship between of: 1) personal attributes and entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and financial institution at vocational high school; 2) accounting knowledge and entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and financial institution at vocational high school; 3) family environment and entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and financial institution at vocational high school; 4) personal attributes, accounting knowledge, and family environment with entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and financial institution at vocational high school. This study was quantitative descriptive method. The sample size of 107 students drawn from a population of 107 students using the total sampling technique. The data was collected through questionnaires. The data analyisis technique used regression and correlation. The result of study showed that there were a positive and significant relationship between of : 1) personal attributes and entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and financial institution at vocational high school; 2) accounting knowledge and entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and financial institution at vocational high school; 3) family environment and entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and financial institution at vocational high school; 4) personal attributes, accounting knowledge, and family environment with entrepreneurship interest students of accounting and institutional finance at vocational high school. The relationship model of this study was Y = 9.196 + 0.385X1 + 0.408X2 + 0.386X3. Keywords: Personal Attributes, Knowledge of Accounting, Family Environment ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara: 1) atribut personal dan minat berwirausaha siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X; 2) pengetahuan akuntansi dan minat berwirausaha siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X; 3) lingkungan keluarga dan minat berwirausaha siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X; 4) atribut personal, pengetahuan akuntansi, dan lingkungan keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha pada siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Besar sampel 107 siswa diambil dari populasi 107 siswa menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara: 1) atribut personal dan minat berwirausaha siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X; 2) pengetahuan akuntansi dan minat berwirausaha siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X; 3) lingkungan keluarga dan minat berwirausaha siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X; 4) atribut personal, pengetahuan akuntansi, dan lingkungan keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X.
