HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DENGAN INFORMATION MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY SKILLS PADA GURU AKUNTANSI SMK DI SURAKARTA

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research was to find out (1) correlation between teacher pedagogic competence with information media and technology skills; (2) correlation between teacher professional competence and information media and technology skills; (3) correlation between pedagogic competence and professional competence of teachers with information media and technology skills. This research used correlational quantitative method. The population in this research were accounting teachers at SMK in Surakarta. Samples of research were 31 teachers who were selected using nonprobability sampling technique. Data of research were collected questionnaire and analyzed using correlation analyzed, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the research showed that (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between teacher pedagogic competence with information media and technology skills; (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between teacher professional competence and information media and technology skills; (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between pedagogic competence and professional competence of teachers with information media and technology skills. Keywords: pedagogic competence, professional competence, information media and technology skills ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan information media and technology skills; (2) Hubungan antara kompetensi profesional guru dengan information media and technology skills; (3) Hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru dengan information media and technology skills. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru akuntansi SMK di Surakarta. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling  dengan jumlah 31 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan information media and technology skills; (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru dengan information media and technology skills; (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru dengan information media and technology skills.
