HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PRAKTIKUM AKUNTANSI PERUSAHAAN JASA, DAGANG DAN MANFAKTUR DI SMK KARANGANYAR

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to examine (1) the relationship of emotional intelligence with motivation to study accounting practicum in, trade and manufacturing companies; (2) the relationship between the learning environment and the motivation to study accounting practicum for service, trade and manufacturing companies; (3) the relationship between emotional intelligence and the learning environment together with the motivation to study accounting practicum in service, trade and manufacturing companies. This research used a descriptive method with a correlational approach. The results of this research, (1) there was a relationship between emotional intelligence and motivation to learn accounting practicum in service, trade and manufacturing companies (rcount = 0.417 > rtable = 0.140); (2) there was a positive and significant relationship between the learning environment and the motivation to study accounting practicum for service, trade and manufacturing companies (rcount = 0.463 > rtable = 0.140); (3) there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and learning environment with motivation to study accounting practicum for trading and manufacturing service companies together with the value Fcount (22.524) > Ftable (3.06) so that the regression equation model is Y = 2.692+0.119X1+0.260X2.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji (1) hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi belajar praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur; (2) hubungan lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur; (3) hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan belajar secara bersama-sama dengan motivasi belajar praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini (1) terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi belajar praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur (rhitung =0,417 > rtabel=0,140); (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antar lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur (rhitung =0,463 > rtabel=0,140); (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa dagang dan manufaktur secara bersama-sama dengan nilai Fhitung (22,524) > Ftabel (3,06) sehingga model persamaan regresinya yaitu Y = 2,692+0,119X1+0,260X2.
