PENGARUH PERSEPSI MAHASISWA FKIP UNS TENTANG PROFESI GURU DAN PENGALAMAN PLP TERHADAP MINAT MENJADI GURU

This study aims to examine: (1) the impact of perception of the teaching profession on the class of 2018 students of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of Sebelas Maret University's interests in being a teacher, (2) the impact of the experience of School Field Introduction (PLP) on the class of 2018 students of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of Sebelas Maret University's interests in being a teacher, (3) the impact of perception of the teaching profession and the experience of PLP on the class of 2018 students of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of Sebelas Maret University's interests in being a teacher. This research is quantitative research with the data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population in this study are class of 2018 students of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of Sebelas Maret University, majoring in social science education such as Sociology Anthropology Education, Geography Education, History Education, Accounting Education, Office Administration Education, and Economics Education with a total of 430 students. The sample is taken by simple random sampling technique and as many as 207 students are obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously, the perception of the teaching profession and the experience of the PLP impact interests in being a teacher. Partially, the perception of the teaching profession significantly impacts interests in being a teacher. The experience of PLP significantly impacts interests in being a teacher. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) pengaruh persepsi tentang profesiiguruuterhadap minattmenjadiiguru mahasiswa, (2) pengaruh pengalaman PLPpterhadappminattmenjadiiguru mahasiswa, (3) pengaruh persepsi tentang profesi guru dan pengalaman PLP terhadap minat menjadi guruumahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatiffdengan teknikkpengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitiann ini yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret, jurusan pendidikan ilmu sosial angkatan 2018 seperti, Pendidikan Sosiologi Antropologi, Pendidikan Geografi, Pendidikan Sejarah, Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran, dan Pendidikan Ekonomi dengan total 430mmahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 207 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwaasecara simultannpersepsiiprofesi guru dan pengalaman PLP berpengaruh terhadap minattmenjadi guru. Secara parsial, persepsiiprofesi guru berpengaruhhsignifikannterhadappminat menjadi guru. Pengalaman PLPpberpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru.
