HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DAN MOTIVASI DENGAN KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA SMK NEGERI DI SUKOHARJO

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This research investigates the relationship between interpersonal communication with student learning activeness, motivation with student learning activeness, and interpersonal communication and motivation with student learning activeness. The research is a quantitative descriptive study with a correlational approach. The sample of this research are students from class X of Accounting in State Vocational School In Sukoharjo: State Vocational School A Sukoharjo, State Vocational School B Sukoharjo, and State Vocational School C Sukoharjo. The samples were selected through purposive sampling technique. The data gathering from respondents was analyzed by data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. This research revealed that: First, the relationship between interpersonal communication and learning activeness is positive and noteworthy from the count value of 0.614 with Sig <0.05. Second, the relationship between motivation and student learning activeness is positive and influential with the calculation of 0.155 with Sig < 0.05. Third, the relationship between interpersonal communication and motivation with learning activeness is a positive, and influential gained from the count value of 0.671 and the magnitude of Fount 71.723 with a significance of 0.000 or <0.05. The results of the regression equation obtained are Y = 22.002+ 0.629 X1 + 0.119 X2. Keywords: Interpersonal communication, learning activity, motivation.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya 1) hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dengan keaktifan belajar siswa; 2) hubungan motivasi dengan keaktifan belajar siswa; 3) hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi dengan keaktifan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK negeri di Sukoharjo yaitu SMK Negeri A Sukoharjo, SMK Negeri B Sukoharjo dan SMK Negeri C Sukoharjo. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menyebutkan: Pertama, Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan keaktifan belajar dilihat pada nilai r hitung sebesar 0,614 dengan Sig < 0,05. Kedua, Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dengan keaktifan belajar, nilai r hitung sebesar 0,155 dengan Sig < 0,05. Ketiga, Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi dengan keaktifan belajar, nilai r hitung sebesar 0,671. Besarnya Fhitung 71,723 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 atau <0,05. Hasil persamaan regresi yang diperoleh sebagai berikut Y = 22,002+ 0,629 X1 + 0,119 X2.
