HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF-ESTEEM DAN DUKUNGAN TEMAN SEBAYA DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR KOGNITIF AKUNTANSI PIUTANG DI SMK NEGERI X KLATEN

Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this research are to investigate (1) correlation between self-esteem with cognitive learning achievement of account receivable accounting; (2) correlation between peer support with cognitive learning achievement of account receivable accounting; (3) correlation between self-esteem and peer support with cognitive learning achievement of account receivable accounting. This research used correlational quantitative method. The population of the research are 108 sudents in grade XI of Accounting and Financial Institutions Program SMK Negeri X Klaten. Sample in this research are 85 students were taken by using the proporsionate random sampling method. The data of the research were collected though questionnaire and test. They were analyzed by using parsial correlation test and multiple correlation test. The result of the research show are follows: (1) Self-esteem had a positive and significant correlation with cognitive learning achievement of account receivable accounting (rstat = 0,231 > rcrit = 0,213 and the p-value < 0,05); (2) Peer support had a positive and significant correlation with cognitive learning achievement of account receivable accounting (rstat = 0,369 > rcrit = 0,213 and the p-value < 0,05); (3) Self-esteem and peer support had a positive and significant correlation with cognitive learning achievement of account receivable accounting (sig. F change = 0,000 < 0,05). Keywords: Self-Esteem, Peer Support, Cognitive Learning Achievement Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan antara self-esteem dengan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi piutang; (2) hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi piutang; (3) hubungan antara self-esteem dan dukungan teman sebaya dengan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi piutang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dan Lembaga Keuangan SMK Negeri X Klaten. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 siswa yang diambil dengan metode proporsionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi parsial dan uji korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara self-esteem dengan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi piutang (rhitung = 0,231 > rtabel = 0,213; p < 0,05); Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi piutang (rhitung = 0,369 > rtabel = 0,213; p < 0,05); Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara self-esteem dan dukungan teman sebaya dengan prestasi belajar kognitif akuntansi piutang (sig.
